To make learning the SolaraGem system as simple as possible, we've created the companion field guide pack.
No need to memorize anything, just keep these guides nearby while you practice. With experience, you'll naturally find yourself referring to them less as you begin recognizing the broader patterns for yourself.
We recommend printing the guide pack double-sided (front and back) on a single sheet of paper, then laminating it for everyday use. It was designed to become a durable desktop reference that you can keep beside your treatment table, in your clinic, or anywhere you regularly use your SolaraGems.
We've included both full-color and black-and-white versions so you can choose whichever works best with your printer.

Understanding the Core Seven Field Guide
The front side of the guide is intentionally organized into two sections.
At the top is the Triple Crown—Amethyst, Rose Quartz, and Carnelian. These three SolaraGems form the foundation of the entire system and represent where we begin every session.
Below that is the Core Four—Citrine, Emerald, Ruby, and Aquamarine. Together with the Triple Crown, they form the Core Seven providing broad support for an extraordinary range of applications while keeping the system simple and easy to learn.
As your experience grows, you'll naturally begin recognizing when additional SolaraGems offer greater refinement. Until then, the Core Seven provides an excellent foundation for nearly everything you'll encounter.
Seven Foundational Patterns of Support
The back side features the Seven Foundational Patterns of Support and serves a different purpose.
Rather than telling you what to use, it reminds you how to think.
It helps you recognize the broader patterns represented by each of the Core Seven so that individual applications begin making intuitive sense instead of feeling like isolated facts.
The more clearly you recognize these broader patterns, the less you'll find yourself thinking in terms of individual symptoms and the more naturally you'll begin recognizing the larger patterns that connect them.
A Final Thought
These guides aren't intended to replace experience. They're designed to support it. Over time you'll likely notice something interesting happening.
The guides won't change. The way you see will.
That's the goal.
Not memorization. Recognition.
Start with State. Support Balance. Recognize Patterns.
Let experience reveal the path forward.
