Where the Practice Begins
Every craft has a place to begin.
A pianist begins with scales. A woodworker begins with simple joints. A martial artist begins with foundational forms. These aren't the destination. They're the practice that quietly develops everything that follows.
The Triple Crown is that practice for SolaraGem.
It isn't designed to address every condition or replace individualized care. It is simply the foundation we return to because, over years of experience, it has consistently created conditions that help people settle, become more present, and support the body's natural capacity to return toward balance.
Discovered Through Practice
The Triple Crown wasn't invented. It emerged through observation.
For years, I regularly worked with two placements together—the crown and the heart. During a conversation right before going in to work with someone in the midst of a panic attack, Dr. Michael Kessler casually suggested adding a third over the vagus nerve.
The response was compelling enough that I began repeating it. As hundreds of sessions followed, the same pattern continued to emerge. Practitioner after practitioner reported similar observations.
What began as a simple suggestion gradually became the foundation from which we now introduce nearly everyone to SolaraGem.
Over time, it simply became the place we kept returning to.
Why SolaraGem Changed the Practice
For many years, working with multiple Crystal Fusion Light units simply wasn't practical. The systems were expensive and somewhat cumbersome. Most practitioners owned one, or two at most. The practical barriers to using multiple units were significant.
When we developed SolaraGem, our goal wasn't to add complexity but remove unnecessary barriers. By simplifying the design, improving reliability, and making the system far more accessible, practitioners were finally free to explore what experience itself was teaching.
Removing friction didn't simply make Crystal Fusion Light more accessible. It expanded the practice itself.
Beginning with State
The Triple Crown combines three complementary placements.
The crown invites mental quiet. The heart invites openness and connection. The vagus placement invites the body to soften into a calmer, more adaptable state.
Individually, each placement has value. Together, they create conditions in which the whole person becomes more receptive. Rather than beginning with symptoms, we begin with state.
Small Changes, Repeated
The practice itself is intentionally simple. A brief reflection. The Set Aside Prayer. A moment to imagine life beyond today's burden. Twenty quiet minutes. The Triple Crown.
Each simply removes one small piece of unnecessary friction. Over time, those small reductions begin to accumulate. The mind often becomes quieter. The body becomes less reactive. Perspective returns more easily.
This is how we begin creating conditions in which adaptive compression can gradually soften. Not through force, but through repeated experiences of greater coherence.
Returning to Yourself
Perhaps the greatest value of the Triple Crown isn't what happens during a session. It's what gradually becomes easier between sessions.
As your system becomes more familiar with a quieter, more coherent state, it often becomes easier to recognize your own patterns, your own rhythms, and your own capacity to return.
The Triple Crown doesn't create self-discernment. It simply creates conditions in which self-discernment becomes easier.
Cleaning a window doesn't create the landscape.
It simply allows you to see more clearly what has been there all along.
Over time, the practice becomes less about following instructions and more about returning to your own inner touchstone—that growing ability to recognize when you're settled or unsettled, compressed or coherent, present or simply reacting.
There is no single schedule that's right for everyone. As your self-discernment grows, you'll naturally discover the rhythm that best supports you.
Always Returning
Every craft is built on fundamentals that continue revealing greater depth over time. That's why, even after years of experience, we still begin here. Not because the Triple Crown is the destination, but because returning never stops being part of the journey.
The real purpose of the Triple Crown isn't to become more skilled at using SolaraGem. It's to become better at recognizing yourself. Little by little, as unnecessary friction falls away, returning becomes more natural.
Not because the practice changes who you are. Because it helps create the conditions in which you can more clearly recognize who you've been all along. As self-discernment grows, returning to yourself becomes less an idea and more a lived experience.
Healing is more you.
