Understanding the Core Seven

By now, you've probably noticed that SolaraGem approaches healing from a somewhat different perspective.

Throughout this guide, we intentionally start with state rather than with symptoms. We explore how the body's capacity to adapt, regulate, and return provides a more reliable place to begin than simply chasing whatever problem happens to be the most obvious today.

The Core Seven follows that same philosophy.

Rather than organizing the system around individual symptoms or creating a different SolaraGem for every condition, we organized it around seven foundational patterns of support that appear repeatedly throughout human health and well-being.

The more you understand this way of thinking, the more you'll see why creating a different SolaraGem for every symptom wouldn't actually make the system more useful. It would simply make it more complicated.

Every symptom exists within the context of a whole person.

Every person exists within an overall state.

By supporting those broader patterns first, a relatively small number of carefully designed SolaraGem combinations is capable of addressing an extraordinarily wide range of situations while remaining simple enough to learn and use with confidence.

Think of the Core Seven as the foundational palette of the SolaraGem system.

Each represents a broad pattern that you'll encounter again and again. As your experience grows, you'll begin to recognize these patterns almost intuitively. The individual applications become easier because they're no longer isolated facts—they're expressions of a larger organizing principle.

 The Seven Foundational Patterns

Amethyst — Regulation & Restoration

Supporting the nervous system, helping the body settle, encouraging restorative states, chronic pain, sleep, and the Lower Dantian (lower abdomen).

Rose Quartz — Connection & Integration

Supporting emotional balance, the heart and lungs, circulation, skin, and the body's capacity for connection and coherence.

Carnelian — Vitality & Adaptation

Supporting autonomic balance, spleen, adrenal function, grounding, circulation, the vagus nerve, and the body's adaptive capacity.

Citrine — Transformation & Renewal

Supporting detoxification, liver function, digestion, metabolism, immune balance, and healthy renewal.

Emerald — Acute Response & Recovery

Supporting acute pain, inflammation, injury, liver function, thyroid support, and the body's immediate restorative responses.

Ruby — Movement & Rebuilding

Supporting circulation, lymphatic flow, liver function, vitality, slow healing, and rebuilding.

Aquamarine — Flow & Communication

Supporting respiration, the throat, and calm, coordinated flow throughout the body.

These descriptions aren't meant to limit how each SolaraGem is used. They simply provide a way to understand the broader pattern each one represents.

As your experience grows, you'll naturally begin to recognize more subtle distinctions. That's where the additional SolaraGems become valuable—not because the Core Seven is incomplete, but because your ability to perceive finer patterns has grown.

The foundation, however, never changes.

We begin with state.

We support balance.

We learn the broad patterns.

Everything else builds from there.

Your Two Companion Guides

To make the system as easy to learn and use as possible, we've created two companion guides that work together.

We recommend printing them front and back on a single sheet of paper, then laminating it and keeping it nearby whenever you use your SolaraGems. Think of it as your field guide. As your experience grows, you'll find yourself referring to it less and recognizing the patterns more naturally.

The SolaraGem Field Guide is your everyday reference. It reminds you where to begin, the standard light settings, the foundational process, and the Core Seven with their broad applications. It answers the practical question:

What should I do?

The Seven Foundational Patterns Guide serves a different purpose. Rather than telling you what to use, it reminds you how to think. It summarizes the broader role each SolaraGem plays within the system, helping you recognize the patterns that connect many seemingly different conditions. It answers the equally important question:

Why does this make sense?

Together, these two guides reinforce one another.

The more clearly you recognize the broader patterns, the less you'll think in terms of individual symptoms at all. You'll begin seeing the larger patterns that connect them. What first feels like a collection of recommendations gradually becomes an intuitive way of understanding the system.

That's the goal.

Not memorization. Recognition.

Not symptom chasing. Pattern recognition.

Not simply learning more SolaraGems. Learning to see.

The tools don't change.

The way you see does.
