SolaraGem is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship. It will be repaired or replaced at our discretion for a period of three years from date of purchase. Damage due to neglect or misuse is not covered. This includes damage to the internal filters from running the light source above the recommended 30% maximum.
SolaraGem is a professional device that is hand built to order. It is a passive device with no moving or user serviceable parts. The experience of it is subjective and dependent on the user. It's designed for general wellness use, and no claims to specific results are made.
Using SolaraGem is not a "quick fix" or "magic pill." It requires dedicated, continued use to achieve results, and often those end up being much different than what is expected initially. Questioning whether it "works" is like questioning whether a wrench or a shirt "works." It's nonsensical.
SolaraGem is subtle energy device, and is intended for those with an advanced understanding of what that is, who are able take ownership and responsibility for their own experience. Most people are not there yet, and there is no shame in that. All are welcome to take part in the many opportunities we and others provide for learning more.
