Cover the crown of the head with light. The beam spreads out so you only need to place the SolaraGem about 6 to 8 inches above the crown of the head. There's no need to be exacting, just do the best you can. It's best to start here and run for 20 to 30 minutes, or as long as you like.
If you feel spacey or overly relaxed after doing this, hold off on driving or operating machinery until you get back to normal. For home use, we recommend doing this just prior to or during night sleep.
