The Triple Crown is a powerful set up using three SolaraGem units. It's a great way to start out a session or use as a stand alone introduction to SolaraGem. This page will outline the process and provide everything you need to provide a powerful experience.
Set up is typically an Amethyst SolaraGem over the crown, Rose Quartz over the heart, and Carnelian or Aquamarine over the vagus nerve, just under the left ear. Other combinations can be used, but these are core SolaraGems that many people begin with. (If you only have one or two SolaraGems, you can still do this process)
Set the crown and heart to 1.5 Hz, and the vagus to 10 Hz. Make sure the room is quiet and the client is not distracted by a phone or other noise. Ask them if anything is keeping them from being fully 100% "themselves" at this moment. They don't need to share any details, but find out if whatever is pressing on them is in the category of physical pain, emotional block, or relational conflict.
Based on their answer, present them with the appropriate sheet and have them read it to themselves, and just place it on their lap when done. (It's recommended that you print these sheets front and back and have them laminated at an office supply or print shop.)
